Cade Batchelor is the Founder and Principal of BC Group, a construction and development advisory firm focused on owner's representation, capital project leadership, development planning, and project delivery services throughout the Carolinas.

With more than a decade of experience in construction and real estate development, Cade has contributed to over $1.1 billion in completed and active projects spanning multifamily, healthcare, education, hospitality, municipal, commercial, athletic, senior living, and mixed-use developments. His experience includes the delivery of more than 1,000 residential units, a 43-story high-rise tower, healthcare facilities, educational campuses, hospitality projects, restaurants, retail developments, and complex commercial facilities.

Throughout his career, Cade has served in progressive leadership roles ranging from Field Engineer to Senior Project Manager and Development Program Manager. He has worked alongside nationally recognized contractors, developers, architects, and public agencies while leading projects from early planning and entitlement through design, permitting, construction, and occupancy.

As an owner's representative and development advisor, Cade specializes in navigating the complexities that often determine project success, including municipal approvals, entitlement strategy, permitting, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, procurement, and risk management. Having worked extensively with planning departments, building officials, fire marshals, utility providers, transportation agencies, and design teams across multiple jurisdictions, he understands that successful projects require strategic coordination well before construction begins.

Cade founded BC Group to bridge the gap between project vision and project execution. Recognizing that every municipality, authority having jurisdiction, and development team operates differently, he built BC Group around the belief that owners deserve experienced leadership focused solely on protecting their interests, reducing risk, and creating alignment among all project stakeholders.

Known for his collaborative approach, practical problem-solving, and ability to deliver results in complex environments, Cade is passionate about helping organizations transform ideas into successful projects that create lasting value for both owners and the communities they serve.

J. Sterling Chillico, is a seasoned attorney, bringing over 13 years of trial experience to Batchelor Consulting Group. Throughout her distinguished legal career, she has defended clients in a broad spectrum of criminal matters—from driving offenses to serious felony charges. Sterling is known for her sharp litigation skills, strong work ethic, and her unwavering commitment to client advocacy.

In addition to her criminal defense work, Sterling has significant experience in immigration law. She has assisted clients with matters ranging from removal defense to visa applications, permanent residency, and citizenship. Her immigration practice reflects a deep understanding of the complex legal and personal challenges faced by individuals and families navigating the U.S. immigration system.

 Today, Sterling leverages her legal expertise to serve clients in the construction and business sectors. As a legal consultant with Batchelor Consulting Group, she provides support in all aspects of legal operations, including contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and guidance on matters involving international employees. Her ability to analyze risk, navigate complex regulations, and offer practical legal solutions makes her an invaluable asset to the firm's diverse clientele.  

Sterling earned her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in both South Carolina and California.
